Empties

Hey guys! I’m so sorry for not uploading the past week! I’ve been having difficulties with my laptop, but thank goodness I had some scheduled posts! Don’t worry, I got my laptop fixed and you can look forward for new blog posts soon! Today, I’ll be sharing my current empties with you all!

I know this isn’t a lot for an empties, but I feel like I’ve been using these products for so long!

Neutrogena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Hair Mask

I received this about six months ago in a goodie bag of a fundraiser event, but I didn’t try it out until a few months later. For the past two or three months, I have been using this 3-4 times a week instead of my regular hair conditioner. Let me tell you, this hair mask does wonders! I haven’t had a hair cut in a year, and this really prevented split ends from forming. It keeps my hair smooth and healthy! On top of that, I feel like since I didn’t get any split ends, my hair has been growing a lot faster as well! Highly recommend this hair mask, especially if you have color treated hair- it will work wonders on your hair.

Shiseido Benefiance Extra Creamy Cleansing Foam

Shiseido was the first high end brand that I was introduced to. I have been using this cleansing foam ever since I started my skincare regime, and it’s finally done! With this foaming cleanser, you only need a little bit and it’ll turn into a nice lather. This cleanser is very gentle on the skin, however, I feel like it makes my skin feel really tight after using it- even though it claims that it won’t strip the skin’s moisture. I think it’s just with me though; it doesn’t bother me since I do moisturize! But this cleanser does make my skin feel a lot cleaner and brighter. It gives me a radiant glow which I really enjoy! However, I feel like you can find road shop cleansers as effective as this one for a fraction of the cost.

Skinfood Black Sugar Mask Wash Off

HOLY GRAIL. I think this is my second tub of this! This exfoliator makes my skin super smooth! I love how versatile this product is- you can use it as a mask or light exfoliator. As a mask, you spread the product on damp skin and leave it on for about 10 to 15 minutes, then rise it off. As a light exfoliator,  you would apply it on your damp skin and slowly add water to it. Then you would rub it against the skin (not too hard! let the black sugar do the work for you) and rinse it off. I would use this about two times a week- once as a mask and then as a light exfoliator. What I noticed about this exfoliator is that it doesn’t make my skin irritated at all! It exfoliates my skin but doesn’t over exfoliate and cause my skin to break out or red- something I’ve experienced with the St Ives Apricot Scrub. I always seem to go back to this exfoliator. It hydrates my skin and leaves it super smooth.

Innisfree Green Tea Moisture Cleansing Oil

I haven’t tried a lot of cleansing oils, but I really enjoy this cleansing oil. It melts all my makeup off including waterproof makeup and doesn’t strip my face of its oils. My skin still feels hydrated after using it. However, the only thing that I don’t like about this product is that it gets cloudy if it gets in your eyes. It doesn’t burn, but it does make your eyesight a bit blurry. I have another bottle of this cleansing oil, but I think I will try Heimish cleansing balm since I heard that it doesn’t get cloudy once it’s in contact with your eyes.

Laneige Balancing Emulsion

I got this sample kit from the Amore Pacific near me, and I’m so happy the lady gave it to me! This emulsion is so light and moisturizing- perfect for the morning. I don’t think I saw anything different with my skin, but I really like how this feels on the skin. It really helps my dry skin this season and hydrates my skin before applying sunscreen.

Benton Snail Bee High Content Mask Pack

This has to be the first mask that I’ve tried that fits pretty well on my face. Although there were some air bubbles, the mask itself adhered to my skin nicely. The sheet had the right amount of serum so it wasn’t dripping all over the place. I’ve heard so much about the snail bee line and how beneficial it is for the skin, and girl, let me tell you that they are not kidding. I think this has to be one of my new favorite masks. The perfect fit was just a bonus. I found that this mask reduced my redness and flattened out my blemishes (like the cosrx pimple patches). It hydrated my skin and gave it a nice glow! I know that many kbeauty gives you a glow after using it, but this one really gave my skin that healthy glow. It seriously made my skin look a lot nicer!

The Face Shop Real Nature Mask Aloe Vera

This is my go to mask whenever I just want to relax or whenever I need to calm my skin. It hydrates the skin and gives it that nice glow. But this time, before I used this mask, I tried the Elizavecca’s Hell Pore Clean Up Mask for the third time to see if I just had a bad experience last time, but this mask still irritates my skin and leaves my whole face red (I forgot to take pictures, but I will do it a fourth time to share my experiences with this mask!). Because my face was really irritated, I decided to use this mask. I love how cool it is on the skin, and it didn’t reduce all the redness, but it did calm my skin down.

Etude House AC Clinic Intense Mask Sheet

I was very skeptical about using this mask when I was experiencing mini breakouts, but I’m so glad I used it. Do not let the words intense scare you. I used this sheet mask after experiencing some breakouts on my forehead and cheek, and let me that this mask reduced the sizes of my blemishes like crazy but hydrated the skin at the same time. Crazy right? It has a lot of serum- to the point where the mask drips- so I had to lay down when I used this mask, but it didn’t bother me. I forgot if it had a scent or not, but I honestly think this mask is great. It helped calm my skin and made my pimples smaller and less noticeable.

Tosowoong Blackhead Nose Pack

I don’t think I can give a full review about this product yet, because I think I did it wrong. It did pull some of my whiteheads, but didn’t pull as much as my Holika Holika 3 Step Pig Nose Set. After reading some reviews, they say that you should not leave it on for too long, and actually leave it on for the set amount of time (I left it on until it was full dry and hard). So because of that, I will update you guys on my Instagram when I use it again! You can follow me here.

As always, thank you so much for stopping by, and I hope you enjoyed this post!

xoxo.
